The plugin wont' show up

Hi, I’ve used another plugin before and switched to the ultimate coming soon page plugin. However, the ultimate plugin page wont’ show up. Instead it shows the old plugin content which I already removed. I deactivated the super cache plugin as I suspected that was the issue but still won’t work. The address is kinderdancela.com
