Hi,
You can use Show floating language selector option to show the language switcher from the GTranslate plugin settings page. Currently it is not enabled.
Alternatively you can check for more positioning options:

yes, it is enabled. if i go to the url with my admin page opened, i see the switcher. but if i open the url from a browser like an common user, i do not see the switcher… that is the problem

Hi,
Looks like a cache issue, when you are logged in the cache is usually off. I suggest you to clear your website cache.
You can also try to disable the cache plugin to see if that helps.
