    Dear Support Team,

    I am encountering a critical error on my website due to the new plugin. Below is the error message:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Elementor\Core\Schemes\Typography’ not found in /home/kgpnzvyrkyn2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/theplus_elementor_addon/modules/widgets/tp_social_reviews.php:1258

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    Due to this plugin conflict, my website is not functioning properly and appears messy. You can review the current state of the site in the screenshots below:

    This issue is severely impacting my website traffic, which continues to decline daily.

    Additionally, I have tested both the before and after versions, but the issue persists. Could you please check at your end? I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.

    Hello,

    The Pro version doesn’t have an update button and its currently on version Version 5.0.11. We can’t use pro features, and we have paid for it as well.

    Once we deactivate pro we can see the site properly, and once it’s activated the site is crash prone and can’t even be accessed on Elementor.

    You will need to manually update the Pro version this time.. Refer to this doc guide – https://theplusaddons.com/docs/fix-update-failed-download-failed-unauthorized-error/

    We highly recommend taking a backup of your site before proceeding with the update.. If you encounter any issues, please let us know.

    The latest version of The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro is 6.1.4, while the version on the site is (5.1.6).
