The problem with adding photos

I’ve seen similar posts but solutions did’t help me.
I tried in my wordpress 3.9:

1.
download old version http://pluginus.net/?attachment_id=1459, unninstall new, install 1.1.5 http://pluginus.net/?attachment_id=1459. Then you can: – not update at all – switch off timthumb, regenerate thumbnails, install 2.0.2

turn off/on other plugin
