The program cannot be run! – Please Help

    Hi, need a help.

    I couldn’t download the review list and got an error message:

    The program cannot be run!

    Possible causes of the error
    – the program is faulty
    – in the case of a cgi program, the path of the interpreter is incorrect
    – in case of cgi program, the end line of the program code is bad (unix line end is required)
    – for php / cgi program, file run permissions are incorrectly set
    – for php / cgi program, directory run permissions are incorrectly set

    Webmaster info
    Adjust the run permissions correctly in each case chmod 711 or chmod 755

    Note: the chmod already correct

    Version installed: 12.6 (been tried to use 12.5 and got a same problem)

    Would you please assist me to solve this problem?

    I haven’t seen this error before. It may be a php timeout default message. Try increasing your server php execution time.

    Thanks, somehow it resolve after once again I delete the latest version, install the old one, delete and reinstall the new one. ))
