The Add Separately option allows users to display related products as a suggestion of what customers might need to buy. This makes them to be added into cart together, but not as a combo.
If the quantity of products is always synced as the same with the main one, then the theme you’re using might have been missing some components for our plugin to function properly.
I tested on our test site, the predefined quantities are just functional. The issue you’ve is caused by a third-party plugin or theme.
In this case, if you’re a Premium user of our plugin, you can kindly contact our developers via this page to order a customization service for free. Please provide a link to your site and admin level account info for our developers to revise the code files and make necessary adjustments for you.
If you’re a free user, you can still contact our Ticksy support agent to get them check your site for the issue. If the customization doesn’t require much effort, they will help you with that for free. In case the theme or third-party plugin you’re using are too complicated, they might notify you about the culprit and instruct you on what to do next. Kindly be as specific as possible in your ticket.
