Thanks for your reply. I am not using a premium theme. I am using child theme based on Zakra theme. I got the invitation. Just checking the screenshots.
Go to Admin > Appearance > Customize
Then select “Woocommerce” from left and go to “Product Catalogue”
Now here check for “Default Product Sorting”.
It should be set to “Default sorting (custom ordering + name)”

No its in woo-commerce products.
