    I had some issues with page builder by site origin. I wanted to back up from updrapft plus but it gave me this message:

    The requested URL returned error: 400

    FYI i used dropbox for regular auto back ups. I dont know the reason why it failed.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    It appears that there is currently a bug that affects downloads from Dropbox in specific circumstances. We are looking into a solution for this bug.

    In the meantime, the most efficient workaround is the following:

    • Download a copy of the backup files directly from Dropbox
    • In the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab, delete the record of the backup set in question
    • Upload the downloaded backup files to UpdraftPlus through the Existing Backups tab, then click ‘Re-scan local storage’.
    • The backup set should appear in the list of backups.

    You should now be able to restore the backup set.
