i have the same issue, i goto an existing page and click page builder at the top of the page. make the changes and then click save. nothing happens. i can only click cancel.
i rolled back the plugin updates i did this morning, using updraft and it has fixed it. so for the sake of others with this issue, these are the plugin upgrades that i applied that stopped the save button working:
disable comments from 1.7 to 1.7.1
duplicate post from 3.2 to 3.2.1
formidable forms from 2.05.04 to 2.05.06
pricing table by supsistic – from 1.4.7 to 1.4.8
siteorigins widget bundle – from 1.11.0 to 1.11.1
wp video lightbox – from 1.8.4 to 1.8.5
one of these is causing a conflict.
Выяснилось, нужно отключить плагин SiteOrigin Бандл Виджетов. Обещали исправить в ближайшем обновлении
ok, so the siteorigins plugin is the issue. disable that or roll it back to a previous version or restore it from a previous version from a backup. –

Можно и откатить, можно и отключить. После отката на 1.10. Все работает.
