Could you please tell me the specific word that is not getting searched and also share me page URL from your where the word is used so that I can troubleshoot it?

I am trying to search every of the products,categories or names of the products, but results displayed only erorrs like this: http://www.storemorego.com/?s=DECORATION+&id=m
Have you configured the Default search form to search in products,categories or names of the products?
You can configure them on the path Ivory Search -> Search Form -> Includes
If it still doesn’t work for you then could you please share me the screenshots of how you have configured the search form options so that I can troubleshoot it?

Thank you for sharing the screenshots.
It seems from your shared screenshots that you are using older version of plugin on your site so first of all please update the plugin to the latest version.
Then in your first shared screenshot that you have configured the search form to not search in category titles so if you want to search in category titles then please select the option “Search in taxonomy terms title” in the Taxonomy Terms section.
Also you have configured the search form to search posts and products having specific category, custom fields and product visibility so If the term you are searching doesn’t match these criteria then not nothing will be found. You can just try not setting any of these specific criteria.
