The site is in two languages (WPML plugin activated) we create a pop up for English and another for Spanish. When one works, the other does not.
Both pop ups open by calling the css class, each with a different class. They are in the home and must be displayed from the “read and accept conditions” button

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @ramac16,

Thank you for choosing our plugin.
When we enter the website from here: https://espaciouma.com/en/ we can see this abrir-es class on the button you are referring to.
As for this website: https://espaciouma.com/ there are no classes attached.

Let me know once you have any questions.

Hi! I attach screenshots. Both pop ups and buttons have their class placed. One class is called: “open-in”, and the other for the second pop up is called “abrir-es”.
And when I edit one, the other stops working because it removes the attribute of data-popup-id = “” who is the one who orders you to pop up open right?

What can I do to make it work? I have read that the free add-on supports more than one pop-up window

    Hi @ramac16,

    Thank you for your answer.
Can you please export those popups and send it to [email protected]?
You can send them via wetransfer.com using the link retrieving option.

Here is an article on how to export the popups:

Let me know once you do that.

    Hello there, I have a similar issue/question.

I would like to use this plugin with WPML, so I set the WPML settings to properly handle the translations in this king of custom posts (popups).

I created a popup in the main language, and then a popup in the secondary language (one linked to the other, the secondary one being the translation of the first one of course).

I need to set the popup “everywhere” and “on load” (not with CSS class as @ramac16 ), and I expected to have the following behaviour:

    • if I load one of the website pages in the main language –> the popup should automatically load after a certain number of seconds, in the main language
    • if I load the each one of the website pages in the secondary language –> the popup should automatically load after a certain number of seconds, in the secondary language (i.e. the translated popup/custom-post linked to the main popup)

    Unfortunately, this isn’t happening.

What is happening, is something like mentioned from @ramac16 . Only one of the two popups is working.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks
    Max

    Hi @maxdestefano,

I am sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
I see that you have contacted us via email.
We will continue the conversation there. 🙂

    Hello @sygnoossupportteam,

Yes, sure. No problem. I am waiting for Ani to get back to me with an answer from the development team.

Just to mention here as well, I was suggesting to set a “display rule” so that you can select the language. Something midway between “everywhere” and the necessity to select the single pages, which is really inefficient if you want to display the popup in every page for a specific language and another popup in every page for another language.

    Thanks,
    Max

Thank you, Max, for the additional information.
I will pass that part as well!
