    Hi, I would like to insert the shortcode so that the user can change the shipping address. I have tried to insert it but it does not work.

    I opted for this because the automatic geolocation of woocommerce doesn’t work too well.

    Can you help me?

    Hi @gkina,

    This shortcode is available only in the Country-Based Restriction PRO plugin and is not supported in the free version.

    Can you please explain to me how the plugin works?

    I have two test products:

    • One of them is sold only in Italy.
    • The second one is sold only in France.

    I have set the default WooCommerce position to “Geolocation mode,” but when I access the site using a VPN from France, it still doesn’t work.

    Yes, if a VPN is active, the detected geolocation country will be based on the VPN’s server location rather than the user’s actual location.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Unfortunately, even with the vpn active in incognito mode it does not work and shows me as if I were in the country of the shop.

    I solved the problem.

    I had not activated the MaxMind DB for automatic geolocation.
