• All the shortcode of this plugin work except [urlchecker].
Each time I put this shortcode on a page, I get an error 500 if I save the page.

sorry, im a little unclear – When you save the page with the shortcode, you get a server 500 error? Do you mean you get it when you try to view the page you saved, or upon the actual save itself?

During the saving itself, I have this message: http://prntscr.com/ib38um

I tried as well [seotool] and the same error when I save the page.

No part of the actual tool gets included there, only what shows on on the front end of the site, so are you able to save a page without the shortcode there?

If so, then the only thing I can assume is that your webhost is not permitting the save. There’s no other explanation possible. Have you checked with them?

Something about our tool is not to their liking or up to their standards, possibly for some security purpose, although I cant imagine what that could be. There’s nothing malicious in our scripts, but if you could point us to some security policy they may have, we can see whether we comply or not…

    Hello,
I tried on another website (but same host), and I had a similar error.
In fact, when I tried to activate the plugin I the message https://prnt.sc/ibd5ki
( “The extension could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”)

I built a new site to test your plugin. It’s empty except your plugin and it does not work.
I can force the activation of the plugin but then the shortcode [urlchecker] does not show anything: https://wezygo.com/sample-page/
My WebHost said to me that there was nothing blocking on their part.

Well, I just tested on a new site, and got the same thing – “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

My programmer is looking into this, and I’m very sorry for the hassle.

Don’t be sorry. It’s great that you provide for free such a tool πŸ™‚
I hope you’ll be able to fix it.

    Hello,
I saw that you’ve updated the plugin but it still does not work.

@olivier83 Would you mind updating and trying again? I just added a new version with some more changes.

    Thanks, Heather
