    Hi,

    I can’t access the website admin.
    I don’t received no one e-mail about this problem.
    I need access asap.

    It happened after upgrade the Elementor for new Version.
    After it i installed Elementor Addons and Smart Slide 3.
    And try active all, but i installed smart slide before the elementor addons.. I don’t know if it is relevant.
    There was many problems of activating and so i can’t access nothing more.

    Waiting for a answer.

    You can use DEBUG mode to see what the actual error is.

    Or you can guess that it’s Elementor and the other plugins you added. Use FTP or your host control panel File Manager to delete the questionable plugin folders, then see if that lets you log in. Then add them back in the correct order, one at a time.
