The specified file 'event.min.js' doesn't exist error message

Installed the 1.10.3 Standard version of the calendar and it broke the site with a “Uncaught exception ‘Ai1ec_File_Not_Found’ with message ‘The specified file ‘event.min.js’ doesn’t exist.” error message.
I reinstalled 1.10.1 Standard and the site is again working correctly.
