You can kindly refer to the online documentation of our plugin here https://doc.wpclever.net/woopt/ to be sure you have set up timers the right way. Some actions require Premium version in order to be achieved.

I set a discount timer, and the discount worked, but the timer still not display. I try to only active woocommerce and the timer plugin, the timer still not display.

Our timer only workd in the backend to achieve the preset actions. It doesn’t have any effect in the front-end at all. If you want to add a countdown timer in the front-end, you can try our another free plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpc-countdown-timer/.
