After the update, I no longer have a row of stars, but a star with the text “not useful at all,” another with “not very useful,” another with “useful”…

How can I restore the row of stars to how it was before, clean?

Did you clear your website and browser cache?

Also share a link to a page on your site with the issue.

    Hi Collins,

I share my URL on your address me[at]w3guy.com.

Yes, I deleted all the cache and now, can’t see the rating box anymore.

    JS conflict somewhere, I think.

    Thanks

Update to the latest version of the plugin. That should fix your issue.

Unfortunately, I no longer see the plugin under the articles.

I went back to the old version but it’s the same, so it’s perhaps not the update but maybe another plugin update that’s responsible.

Is the code to be excluded from the delay script still correct? :

    Hi Collins,

Can you confirm, if I delete and reinstall plugin I’ll keep the vote?

Since I can’t figure out why the vote disappeared from under the articles, I’ll try this, but I don’t want to lose everything.

    Thanks

Ensure “Delete all plugin data on uninstall” setting is not enabled in FeedbackWP >> Settings >> Advanced Settings.

Only then can you delete and reinstall the plugin to keep your votes.

I just realized that the plugin no longer accepts post types as before. You have to purchase the pro version!

I paid, but it still doesn’t work because I bought a new license and the plugin asked me to pay again for renew license.

I bought the pro plugin a long time ago, but didn’t need the pro version because it changed the article schema.

Now we have to buy it when we have Custom Post types, and since my account seemed to be disabled, I bought a new license.

I asked help for support, and still not resolved after 2 days with Ibrahim Nasir, who asked me admin pass of my website, pass that should never be given out, I made that mistake and I regret it. I had a lot of problems afterwards.

I regret paying, now I think they want me to pay again!

@pierreto there is a bug in our plugin that is causing the issue. We will release the update later this week.

In the meantime please do what Ibrahim ask so he can better help resolve this for you.

The problem with the pro plugin has been resolved, but my post types still doesn’t have votes after several days.

It worked perfectly when the plugin was free, but when they changed the code to remove that option to force us to pay, they failed to implement something as simple as a checkbox.

The function.php file needs to be modified with indication for the post types, but unfortunately, that does not work yet

I am increasingly disappointed with this plugin. I understand that they need money, but $64 for an option that doesn’t even work when it used to work perfectly before…

What a sad decline for a plugin!
