Sorry to hear this has happened to you. You are the first to report this issue.
We will happily look into this, if you could provide us with more details about the problem.
For example; The exact error message you received, which version of WordPress you are using, a list of any other plugins you have installed, and their version numbers.
You could also try completely removing the plugin, and installing it again.

I wish I had screenshotted what it told me but sadly I didn’t at the time. At the time I was in a panic because I couldn’t access my site at all. My hosting had to go in and deactivate the plugin for me so I could get back in. I thought about removing and reinstalling but am afraid it would do the same thing again. So sadly, I am no help to pinpoint the cause since I didn’t save what it said.
just in case otherwise – I am using the newest wordpress update (4.7.3) –
