Hi,
Thanks for checking, however, on all devices and browser i see the issue.
http://prntscr.com/qnfe5m
Can you please send me a screeshot of what you see there?
I need your plaugin’s drag drop uploader instead of the ‘browse files’ button.
Your plugin and the CF& all are active.
Thanks again!
It looks like this in my end.

Can you try and clear your cache?

Hi,
Thanks, clearing the cache did not help either, but through a proxy i can see it working. http://prntscr.com/qng09f
I am using cache level advanced (http://prntscr.com/qng0px) in wp setting.
Not sure totally what’s happening, if it happens with my customers it will be a huge problem for me.
Any idea or suggessation please? I tried reducing/shutting down the cache too.
Best Regards
No I don’t think this will happen to your customer, I can see that the form is working correctly.
Maybe it’s browser cache or it has something to do with you network connection.

But no, after a long try i don’t see it’s working, http://prntscr.com/qod9ky, removed all cache related things, and also installed on another site, for that one desktop shows it well(http://prntscr.com/qodap2) while mobile does not (http://prntscr.com/qodb4k)
It is much harmful for a running business, please help!

Yes, i saw you were able to send me a file through it, but as i mentioned it works inconsistently, when it goes down, can’t be known, that’s the actual problem is.
I am seeing that fine on my another site theemailtemplate.com via desktop but not on mobile, not sure what’s the real cause or not sure should i go with the CF7’s normal uploader instead it.
Can you disable your cache and will see if it’s something related to it.

Yes, i tried by everything, it works and after sometime it does not! Very inconsistently, i am afraid
Can you provide me with your admin access? if it’s okay for you so that I can investigate the issue. ([email protected])
I just checked on mobile and I can replicate the issue, it seems like the Javascript and CSS are not loading correctly on mobile.
Maybe there’s an option settings on your theme that optimized the CSS/JS files for mobile only.
