Hello. Thanks for report this issue. Apparently is an issue caused by the preloader. I will check it and fix it. In the meantime, you can deactivate the preloader and the video will work fine.
Solved. Please update to the latest version and check it. Please notice, if you activate the sound on videos, in some cases it will take longer to play the video, because under some circunstances videos with sound can’t start automatically, so the plugin will try to run with sound and if is not possible, it will mute the video and try again.

OK, thanks. it works well but only on pc on the other hand on mobile with or without pre-loader the video does not start, it looks like a still image. I did not check on tablet.
I just sent another update. It fixes the autostart on mobile devices. Please notice, it WON’T start on iphones due to company policies.

There is another problem. The plugin prevents responsive video on mobile.

Ok but we can’t launch the video on mobile. there is the youtube playback logo but when you press it the video does not launch
I checked your website, and apparently you are using some javascript minifier. Please deactivate it, clear the cache and check your site, because it must autostart without trouble on mobile devices except on iphones.
I know that the video does not launch automatically on iphone, but even with minify javascript disabled on iphone the video does not launch even when you press the video to launch it.
The video does not launch on iphone even by clicking on it.
