    Hi, We are bringing in videos created in the past.

    We would like the post time to be when the video was originally created, not when the feed was run. In this case, what should we do?

    Hi @gujingc,

    Sorry for the delay, you may have already solved the problem but it may help other users.

    To get the date you must first analyze the feed and make sure that the feed items include it.

    Then you can activate the option “Use feed item date” but certain conditions must be met for it to work (in the help symbol you will find more information).

    In case it doesn’t work only with the first option, then you can activate the “Force item date” option to force the date to be obtained.
