The widget doesn’t display formatted

Hello, I recently downloaded your Google reviews plugin and when I copied the shortcode and added to Elementor, it showed an unformatted version of the reviews, without including the design styles I had already chosen. After reading online, I saw I could download another plugin called “review widget addon for elementor” but when I follow all the steps I see the same thing. Could you help me, please?
