Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Help (top right hand corner)
then “Setup Wizard” in the drop down panel.
Hi Lorro, thank you for your answer but I have already followed this path to no avail, a blank screen remains … 🙁
A fully blank screen may indicate you have insufficient memory allocated to WordPress. The default is 40Mb but most setups will have 256Mb or more. Whatever the value, the memory allocated to PHP should be the same or more.
If that’s not the problem, its possible some other software is in conflict with WooCommerce. Deactivate all other plugins and switch to the Storefront theme, then try again.
I tried disabling all plugins and uninstalling Woocommerce, then reinstalling it with disabled plugins and nothing has changed. Now I will try to change the memory range as you said. As for the theme, it is Eduma who is certified Woocommerce, if nothing changes with the memory I try with the theme. Thanks so much!
Hi @umbrossino95,
It’s been a while since we heard from you. Just checking, were you able to make a breakthrough with either of the fixes that you were trying?
