The XML file doesn’t save on hosting

Hello,

I just installed the plugin and after the set up i’ve generated my first feed .
Unfortunately if i visit the link of the generated feed i get a 404 page.
So i went into the folder to see and the folder were not created, I even tried to create the folders myself to see if the xml file would then get correctly created but apparently it doesn’t.
Any idea or suggestion on why this is happening?
