Theme and permalink conflict

    Hi,

    The plugin worked well before, until suddenly the shortcode [businessdirectory] display nothing in the frontend.

    This problem only happen when:
    1. Using Apptheme Jobroller
    2. When I set the site permalink to Post name.

    The plugin still work using the same theme, but the permalink need to be set to Plain. This is weird because it worked before no problem.

    I tried uninstall and reinstall the plugin but no success.
    Any idea?

    Hi Razman,

    Sorry that you ran into issues here!

    Can you explain the exact nature of the conflict you’re seeing in more detail?

    What happens when things are broken, specifically? Screenshots and links would be best here.

    What version of BD are you running? If it’s not 4.0.5, please upgrade and try that ASAP.

    Do you have Enhanced Categories installed? Is it currently at 4.0? If not, you’ll need an update for that as well.

    Thanks for the reply,

    It works normally if I set the permalink to Plain: image

    When I set the site permalink to Post Name, the Directory Listing disappear: image

    Here’s my My directory page, where I put the [businessdirectory] shortcode.

    BD version: 4.0.5
    I don’t have Enhanced Categories installed. I’ve deactivated all other plugin and the problem’s still there. It works if I switch to default twentysixteen theme. The problem above only happen with Apptheme Jobroller theme, but it was ok before.
