    Hello All, Please I need help.
    Purchase a Theme APENINES from themeforest ($55) which was installed by the developer (with Dummy data)
    The theme/website takes between 20 -28 second to load -after which it will freeze momentarily before you can scroll down- And this is the best case scenario on Chrome
    The theme/website crashes on Internet Explorers- After it loaded on IE it will freeze and crash if you refresh or scroll down/up.

    It’s over 48 hours since I have been begging the developer for help to no avail. All I get is sorry for the inconvenience.

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.

    Thanks for the info. Maybe someone will be kind and help me out. The Developer is not helpful so far. They got my money and thats what they care for.

    The ww.wp.xz.cn support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on ww.wp.xz.cn. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.
