Theme Auto-Width for Universal Devices?

    Hello everyone,
    I am running the theme Hueman in one of my sites.

    I was wondering:
    How can I go about modifying the theme, so it’s always “max width” depending on the device?

    Is there a way to do this via CSS? (or html?)
    I don’t like the “mobile” version of the theme, yet I think that on a phone or tablet, my visitors can zoom-in/out on their own.
