Theme Broken in WordPress v3.9.1

Upon installing (using either the built in theme installer or manually uploading the .zip via FTP downloaded from the main plugin authors website) and activating the theme, the following four errors appear at the top of the Dashboard screen:

Warning: include(): Failed opening '/home/jasewats/public_html/wp-content/themes/vcard/extras/adminbar/adminbar.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/php54/lib/php') in /home/jasewats/public_html/wp-content/themes/vcard/functions.php on line 6
