Hi,
I am using the Hello Elementor theme and have created a 404 page using the Theme Builder, but it’s still displaying the theme’s default 404 page. Additionally, the custom template is not overriding the single post layout.
It’s also very difficult to design the Single Product and Product Archive pages because widget previews are not visible in the editor.

The Theme Builder feature in our plugin is specifically built to work with the Responsive theme. Since you’re currently using a different theme, the builder may not function as expected.
To use the builder as intended, you can try our Responsive theme.
