• Hello there,
I have built a website using Oceanwp and the free elementor. Now I upgraded to Elementor Pro and i am trying to create a sticky header with elementor pro. However, when I tried to create a header at theme builder, there is a huge white space under my header. When I applied it to the website, all the content will only appear below the blank space.
I think the whole big blank space is actually the “header”…because I can see the “header border bottom” at the end of the white space. how do I fix this problem? Is this a elementor problem or I need to change settings in my oceanwp theme?

  • Hello,

Can you please share your site link so that I can check it?

    the site is https://www.vdfreediving.com/
I am now using the header from Oceanwp so it looks alright. But as soon as I make a header with elementor and applied it to the site, the header becomes a “Header+big white space” which is about the size of half of the desk top screen.

    Hello @apprimit
I now went to Theme panel>my library to create a header with Elementor pro, then I applied it in the customizer as custom header. problem solved. no funny space between header and content.

but i still don’t understand why if I use theme builder to make header, there will be such a big blank space? any thought on this?

    Thank you!

It seems the custom header template has an extra section with visibility-hidden that is causing the issue. Try to check the header template again for a solution.
