[Theme: Care] : problem with meta fields in single post

Hello and sorry for my english, I will try to be understandable…

I use the Care theme, a medical theme.

When I write a single post, I can show meta fields like author, date, etc.
You can see these fields at the top of the post, as you can see here :

The problem is that I don’t want these meta fields to appear. So, I have an option in the theme settings to hide these meta fields. I did it, but unfortunately, a blank area remains, as you can see here :

I think I should change something by editing a file in the templates of the theme. I tried some little things, but nothing worked. And it is too much for my skills !

If anyone could give me help, it would be very nice to you.
