    Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    the problem is i cant even get into the site.

    Please try reading my suggestion above. It does not require you to login to your WordPress dashboard.

    i just tried it and didnt work? thanks though. would you have any other suggestions?

    I am a little confused on how to do that. Do i do that through my hosting site?

    Yes – using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides as described in my earlier post.
