[Theme: Chimp Forkbite] Active but not working

I’m a rookie: My Forkbit theme is gone, I’ve tried some of the trouble shooting on here but nothing seems to be working. When I woke up this morning this is what my site looked like. I was running the Chimp Forkbite theme but now it like nothing’s there. Does anyone know whats wrong with my site?

I’ve cleared my cookies/cache, tried another browser, updated my plug-ins,and de-activated and re activated my plug-ins. None of it worked.
