Hi

Please can you assist, i’ve read your sticky topic ‘please read’ I understand a theme conflict could stop the plugin from displaying.

The issue I’m having is it displays incorrectly with my said theme, you can see it here, http://www.imsclients.co.za/mattressg/promotions/

But if i make the theme the default theme it displays, so it’s not the wordpress version

Is there not a php snippet I can place somewhere else?

Well like I said in my sticky post – this plugin does not have anything to do with how the sale badge is displayed. The issue you’re having sounds like a conflict between WooCommerce itself and your theme as WooCommerce generates the sale badge.

You’ll have to log a support ticket with either your theme developer or WooCommerce as this has nothing to do with this plugin.
