Theme: Custom Community

Newbie here. I’m trying to stylize my navigation menu (at least change font size and maybe background color) and also the sidebar. I was able to change the title font and size in the theme settings but can’t figure out how to change the style of the menu/sidebar. I’d appreciate any help you can give.
