theme customisations not working

    Hi Ellen, I’m having trouble with Aino WP theme customisations not working. This has happened twice now on two different installations (on different domains). Theme customisations are working fine, then, I change the date/country time format in the WP settings panel, and the theme suddenly switches back to the default WP theme (twenty Twenty-One) and the the customisations are removed and I can’t add these back again? The Aino theme customisation simply no longer work, nor does the menu (this can’t be added back either strangely). This is a brand new WP install, and I only have two plugins activated (Aino block + Gutenberg plugins, as recommended). I tried deactivating these all the same (as recommended Google trouble shooting the issue), but the problem persists. Any help here would be appreciated. Otherwise, I really love the design of the theme, hoping to get it working again as looking forward to working with this theme. Thanks!

    Hi there,
    I’ so sorry for my late reply. I think you mean the Customizer settings, is this correct? Do you still have the same settings now?

    Could you maybe check the PHP version you are using in your hosting account? This might be the issue, since you don’t have any further plugins installed.
