Theme customization

Hello, I am on my own now and installed a new wordpress on my server. currently I have installed Suits theme. Take it a look: http://greekorio.com/wordpress/

I want the following changes. However I havent find any theme yet so I think i have to chagne them manually.

Every post to have a title and after that to the left a feature image and to the right content.

At the top of the blog I want a way to display horizontal recent posts (would be great if they change automatically as i have seen in some blogs)

At the top where logo is i want to add some social network buttons

Thats all. Dunno how to make them in my blog. How my blog looks like to you? Do you agree in the above? Thank you for your feedback guys adn girls 😛 .
