  • You should try disabling all your plugins not just those 3…
Then see if the issue still occurs. If it doesn’t then activate them one by one to find the “conflicting” one.

    I have the same problem,
I can’t open theme custom page, if I deactivate Jetpack plugin, solve it.

    Can you help me?

Is there another way to fix this without deactivating the plugins? i don’t want to mess the website.

    Hi,
    with “can’t open” you mean?
    Blank page?
Try enabling WP_DEBUG to see if there’s some error:

Mine shows “You are customizing Website title” and nothing else.

This might depend on several things,
    conflicting plugin
some conflicting code in the child-theme if any
memory issue, in this case you should increase the allowed memory -> http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

i checked the memory and it is set to 96M.
Also when i activated the original theme and not the child, the properties were still missing. Can the child theme be responsible for these even inactive?

In any case tho, is there an other way, or the only one is to deactivate the plugins to check and restore?

Nope if the child is not active then it’s not its fault.
96M is a good value, maybe you can increase it furthermore but dunno..
About the plugins… dunno, if you use google-chrome and in the customize you look at its inspect-element’s javascript console you might find some js error and understand which plugin is the culprit (if any). Otherwise you don’t have any other alternative ..
