Theme customizer constantly refreshing

    I recently downloaded the new wordpress update with the theme customizer. However, when I go to edit my current template through the theme customizer, my page constantly refreshes every two or three seconds. It never allows me to make changes because it refreshes right away. It does this with my current theme and any new theme I upload.

    Any thoughts?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I have switched to the Twenty Eleven theme and it is still doing it. I have deactivated all my plugins and reactivated.

    How do I reset the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin?
