theme customizing problem

    When i want to customize any theme after installation some message has being showing like this-
    Object not found!
    The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

    If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

    Error 404
    localhost
    Apache/2.4.41 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1c PHP/7.4.2

    Looks like you have to config rewrite rules for wp’s friendly links. Be sure that mod_rewrite extension enabled.

    Did you enable seo friendly url links?

    Please describe the full procedure to solve this problem. I repeat you once again that when i am going to customize the installed theme or other theme which will be installed on localhost(Xampp) in wordpress then browser shows following message. This also given by link.

    First, make sure mod_rewrite is enabled in your local installation of XAMPP (it usually is)
