[Theme: Delicate] Help with CSS modifications…

Hi there,

Absolute newbie to web design/coding. Looking to achieve the following or at least gain a better understanding of that what I can and can’t do with the template.

Looking to…

– Widen the main column and narrow the sidebar
– Remove the search bar from the header, retaining only a side bar search form
– Somehow display a google map to show where I am or the location of areas. Ideally a ‘where I am’ map in the sidebar and a reference map I can include in individual posts.
– I’d like to display the main header image (of the mexican man) as a slideshow but make it larger and so that it only appears on the home page.

I think that’s it for now, would appreciate any thoughts or help.
