Could you please be more specific? Could you give us some more information, which theme do you have installed?
Which version of plugins/themes/php do you have?
Maybe you could give us some screenshots, so we could see what is the problem?

Hello there,
Qi theme is installed. It gives the same error in other themes.
I am currently using the website actively: https://erdincgur.net/
I am using ready made design called “web studio”.
When I updated the Qode Essential Addons(Version 1.4.3) the image is broken as it appears on the website. (Desktop view)

Hi,
It seems that you have some php error on your site. We are unable to determine which one is it exactly just from looking in the browser.
It would be of great help if you could enable wp_debug option on your site, so we could see the error. You can do it if you edit wp-config.php file ( define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); ) in root folder of your site, so error would be visible in frontend.

Sorry for delay.
We now see what the problem is.
You can edit ‘wp-content/plugins/qode-essential-addons/inc/admin/inc/shortcodes/translators/elementor/class-qodeessentialaddons-framework-elementor-translator.php’ file and on line 575, you need to change:
qi_addons_for_elementor_framework_elementor_get_group_types
into
qode_essential_addons_framework_elementor_get_group_types
We will also update our plugin with this fix in next few hours.
