Theme Does Not Function Properly

When I initially saw this theme, I thought it was beautiful and it actually is. However, when I finally launched my website, I noticed that the images on the homepage occasionally do not appear. This happens on several different browsers. As I’m trying to grow my business, I encourage prospective clients to view my page. Image the embarrassment, as a business providing virtual assistant services, such as website maintenance, where I’m told by several prospective clients that the images on my site do not appear.

I’ve tried to contact WP Radiant several times via email and they cannot provide a resolution and are unwilling to reimbursement. Although the theme is attractive, it’s not worth the headache this has caused. I would have been better off with a simpler theme, which actually functions properly, without me having to always go into my backend to make the homepage visible.
