Theme download

Hi guys,

I have recently purchased this theme from the theme homepage, I received the payment confirmation, including a link to download it and the API details.

However, whenever I try accessing the download link, support link etc. I get redirected to their homepage (ThinkUp Themes). Not to mention that, when logging into my account on ThinkUp Themes I can’t see Ryan theme archive in order to download it.

I’ve purchased many themes over the years and it never happened such thing.

Could you please advice? I wouldn’t like to have my money invested into a theme that I cannot even download.

Your help would be much appreciated.
