theme edit. paid support?

    Hey guys, I know there is literally thousands of ways to find paid support and this may not be the right place to post this I am trying to fix 2 things on my site and I am having a hard time.

    If I where to try and find paid support what would be the best place to look? maybe freelancer.com?

    On my theme when you click add to cart there is no icon or anything that shows up on the screen to indicate you have items in your cart how do you add that feature?

    For some reason the field for credit card info isn’t showing up so people cant buy things from my site.
