When editing/creating a popup theme, I only get a minimal colour picker that only allows selecting from 8 pre-set colours, rather than the full palette colour picker shown in the documentation.

    This is what I get:

    Picker

and this is what I should get, according to the documentation:

    Picker 2

I have tested in current versions of Chrome, Firefox & Safari on Mac, and there are no errors in the JavaScript console.

    Can you help?

Sorry you’re having difficulties, I’m sure we can get this resolved.

Thank you for reporting this. We’re not aware of any issues, but I will have the Lead Dev @danieliser take a look as soon as possible.

    Thanks for your patience.

@feisar – Can you post the debug text info from Popup Maker -> Tools -> Debug here for us to see. It could be an older version of WP, a conflict with another plugin that is replacing wordpress’s built in color picker or something of that nature. Those color pickers are built into WordPress so it has to be something related to another plugin overwriting them somehow.

It may be neccessary for me to see it in action, is it possible to get temporary admin access via our private support tickets (https://wppopupmaker.com/support/)?

Thank you! I checked the other installed plugins, and you are correct. One old plugin was conflicting (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/tinymce-colorpicker/) – I disabled that and all is good.

Sorry, I should’ve thought to check other plugins for conflicts before posting here.

    Cheers!

    Glad you found the culprit!
