Theme Editor Error – Templates 403 Error

    I just did a complete (new) install of WordPress 4.7. I haven’t done any other setup, but went to Appearance>Editor and then tried clicking on one of the templates to potentially edit it.

    I received a 403 error stating: Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp/wp-admin/theme-editor.php on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    What should I do? As stated, all I’ve done is installed this brand-new – nothing else yet.
