Theme Editor Not Appearing; theme-editor.php HTTP – 500 Internal Server Error

    Running WP 2.9.1. Theme editor does not appear in sidebar under Appearance tab.

    Tried deactivating all plugins.

    Tried changing to default theme.

    Tried overwriting the entire WP-Admin directory.

    I’m baffled. Any ideas what may be causing it or how to fix?
