Theme Editor not writable (sort of)

    I recently moved my comic blog over to a VPS. I unpacked the latest wordpress, and then migrated everything over once that was complete.

    The only thing that I can’t seem to fix is my customized theme, “Milk”, is not writable in the theme editor. However, the two pre-packaged themes (21 and 2011) are. What is really odd, is that on the server side, all of the CHMOD settings are the same for all three.

    Things I have already tried:
    1) making the theme folder 777 (didn’t work)
    2) making each .php and .css file 777 (didn’t work)
    3) clearing cache after CHMOD changes

    Any help would be mucho appreciated!
