Theme element missing at “news” pages

Hello,

This plugin works really great and the templates are excellent!

I only have a problem with a theme that is using a “top bar” like this one:

The top bar displays correctly at the global “news” archive page but disappears at the individual blog news pages! This is a problem because in that case this top bar includes the logo and I need to keep it.

Is there a way to correct this?
